What is the process to order a memorial?

The first step is to reach out to us so we can discuss what type of memorial you would like and what you want done to it.

Then we will provide a full quote including the cost of the product, production, and shipping and all applicable taxes.

Once payment is made we will create a digital proof for you to see. You will need to read over all the spelling and confirm it is to your liking. Then you will sign the proof. The final step is for us to send your order to our production team.

 

Once the process is finished we will ship it out to you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate event the item is damaged during shipping you will need to send photos to us and we will process a replacement order to you.

What if I want to cancel after I have paid?

​

If you want to cancel your order once it's paid there are 2 situations:

​

Situation 1: You have paid and the item has not yet been produced. In this situation we can refund you your money minus a $75 proof charge to cover the designer's time. If it is a combo order of Sandblasting & Laser Etching this amount will be $150.

Situation 2: You have paid and the order has completed production. In this event the item is permanently modified and a refund is not possible.

What if I want to see a proof before paying in full and putting the order into production?

If you want a proof before committing to the order we have to charge for the designer's time.

Sandblasting Only Proof: $75

Laser Etching Only Proof: $75

Sandblasting & Laser Etching Combo Proof: $150

​

 

These charges go towards the total cost of the order if you go forward with the purchase.
